家庭版的假山制作的制作流程

现在人们开始越来越重视精神文化建设,比如说越来越重视家居装饰。在家居装饰中,人们喜欢的有盆景假山、水泥假山等。

1、定位放样:根据施工总平面图,进行场地整理,畅通道路,对实地进行勘查,复核标高及与周围建筑的相互位置关系,确定施工范围。

2、打底:放样开线挖土方浇混凝土垫层打基础。

3、预埋件埋置:预埋件位于现浇砼上表面时,据预埋件尺寸和使用功能的不同,有如下3种固定方式。

(2)角钢预埋件也可以直接绑扎在主筋上,为了防止预埋件下的砼振捣不密实,应在固定前先在预埋件上钻孔供砼施工时排气。

(3)面积大的预埋件施工时,除用锚筋固定外,还要在其上部点焊适当规格角钢,以防止预埋件位移,必要时在锚板上钻孔排气。对于特大预埋件,须在锚板上钻振捣孔用来振实砼,但钻孔的位置及大小不能影响锚板的正常使用。
