水泥塑石假山制作中问题处理

水泥塑石假山的面层主要是采用水泥砂浆制作的,其中有人造的仿石裂纹,也有水泥砂浆特型引起的裂纹-龟裂纹,龟裂纹是自然形成,与水泥有着很大的关系。龟裂纹既影响假山的美观,也对塑石假山的使用寿命有着很大的影响。

龟裂纹是如何产生的呢?假山制作中的水泥砂浆需要水泥比例比较重,这是工艺的要求,便于施工人员的塑面,也便于后期纹理的刻画。水泥比例的加重,一方面降低了水比例,另一方也加剧了水泥的反应,在砂浆的初凝过程中出现了龟裂。砂浆面层密实度不高,砂浆的自身重量加剧也导致了龟裂纹的产生。

龟裂纹产生的后果由哪些呢?一方面,龟裂纹影响假山的表面效果,另一方面塑石假山表面的龟裂纹会导致水汽的进入,进入假山内部的水汽会与钢结构反应,加剧钢结构的腐蚀;钢结构的腐蚀膨胀也会加剧龟裂纹的增大,最后会有更多的水汽进入假山内部,可能会导致面层的脱落,最终影响塑石假山的使用寿命。

一、喷浆工艺,喷浆工艺是采用喷浆机的方式将水泥砂浆喷涂于塑石假山的表面,相比于手工抹灰(砂浆),砂浆密实度高,结构力强。二次喷浆要求的需要进行刮缝处理,增加砂浆的整体厚度。

二、复合材料的添加,复合材料主要增加砂浆的粘度和保水性,将水泥的反应时间延长。常用添加剂有:可分散性胶粉、纤维素、纤维丝等。添加的比例和时间需要根据季节和用量实验得出。

三、保养,在假山的砂浆面层制作完成后,需要在12小时后进行水保养,保养间隔为4小时,面层制作完的48小时为主要保养期,水保养能增加砂浆的硬度和防止龟裂纹的产生和增加。
